Two Indoor Track Members Headed to State Championship Meet

Valentine wins Athlete of the Month

Lydia Valentine was voted by VNN users as Shaler Area April Athlete of the Month.  Lydia placed first against North Allegheny, Pine Richland, Seneca Valley, and Fox Chapel in the Shot, and 1st in discus against Pine Richland and Seneca Valley.  She also placed 6th at the Butler Invitational and was a WPIAL Qualifier in

FRANKLIN BREAKS RECORD

John Franklin participated in the Indoor State Track Championships on Feb. 25.  He participated in the 60 meters hurdles and now owns the school record with a time of 8.51.  John is hoping to replicate the effort in the spring season as well in his hurdle events.
