Varsity Baseball Does It Again. Headed To WPIAL Finals

The Titan Varsity Baseball Team jumped on the Mars Planets early, pounding out 4 runs in the first inning, and cruising to an 8-2 victory.  Nick Rispoli was dominating on the mound and was the winning pitcher.  The team will now play for the WPIAL Championship next Tuesday or Wednesday at the Wild Things Park

Titans Have A New WPIAL Champion In Mbalo

Shaler Area has another WPIAL Track & Field Champion, Cam Mbalo, a junior, was outstanding Thursday at Slippery Rock University at the WPIAL Championships, clearly over 47’ and coming within 4 inches of breaking a 50-year-old record.  Already holding the Shaler Area all-time record, Cam nearly eclipsed New Castle’s Ulysses Walker WPIAL alltime record of 48’2”
